Subject: UCLA Football's I'm Going to College- Game Time Announcement

Dear Group Leader,

Please read this email thoroughly as it contains important information regarding the I’m Going to College program.

The game time has been announced for 6:30pm. The timeline for the day is as follows:

3:30pm: College fair outside of gate E opens
5:00pm: College fair closes
5:00pm: Stadium gates open
6:30pm: Kickoff

As a reminder, the college fair has moved to outside of gate E. You will no longer enter through gate G as is printed on your tickets. Elementary and middle school groups who received physical tickets in the mail will use those tickets to enter though gate E. High school groups will check in on the gate list located inside the college fair area, and then enter through gate E.

Dear Trionne Magee,

Thank you for your interest in UCLA’s I’m Going to College program.

We are pleased to offer Wilson Elementary 70 tickets to the UCLA vs. Arizona State football game at the Rose Bowl on Saturday, November 11. Kickoff time is TBD and may not be announced until 10 days before the game. We will communicate the kick-off time to you via email as soon it is announced.

The quantity of tickets provided to your group is based on several factors, including demand and the percentage of tickets your group has used in the past. (If a group received 50 tickets and used 25 at a previous event, you are more likely to receive 25 at the next event.) If you are a first time group, our expectations are for your group to use the vast majority of tickets provided.

Physical tickets will be mailed to your group in early September to the address below:
