Good Morning Ms. Alvarado,

I spoke to Mr. Schmidt and he is making the cafeteria available to your AM and PM classes on Dec 15th from 9-10:30.  

Please work with Ms. Horn to develop a schedule, activities and a notice for your parents (office assistant assigned to your site can create the notice and copy once you have the details worked out).  

All children should be signed in and have their hands sanitized between 8:30-9:10.  Think about how both of your classes will arrive: possible option 1-forming lines on your playground to give you enough space to accommodate children and parents and walk them over to the cafeteria at 8:50. possible option 2-AM children arrive at 8:30 to sign in and sanitize hands and an assistant walks them over to the cafeteria at 8:50 and PM children arrive at 8:50 sign in, sanitize hands and walk over to the cafeteria at 9:10.  Bring sign in and out books to the cafeteria and children should be signed out from there.
