Good Afternoon Everyone,

Hope this email finds you well.

Last month, the Health Collaborative partners and Student Services staff met to strategically plan the goals and next steps for the Health Collaborative. In order to get a broader view of how the Health Collaborative can better serve the needs of our families and support our schools, we will be having a Health Collaborative Feedback meeting to get input from staff and parents on what is currently working, what needs to improve, and what other service are needed to further support families. We will also be presenting the outcomes of the meeting that was held last month with the partners.

If you are a school representative that works closely with referring students to the Health Collaborative, your attendance to this meeting would be greatly appreciated. It will truly help us better understand your needs related to the Health Collaborative. The meeting will be held:
