Hi Team Wilson!

I hope you had a wonderful summer! I am pleased to say that P.S. ARTS is returning to Wilson Elementary this year. We will again be working with the second grade classes.

Please review the following Class Dates, Times, and a Family Art Night Date:

DATES (Calendar Attached): Fridays, 9/15 through 6/8

Rotation #1 Music 9/15 through 12/8 (open class informance on 12/8)

Rotation #2 Theater 12/15 through 3/16 (open class informance on 3/16)

Rotation #3 Visual Arts 3/23 through 6/8 (open class informance on 6/8)

Class Schedule:
8:30am - 9:00am Prep Period
9:00 - 9:50 a.m. Ekweonu SpEd SDC Class (Room 10)
10:30 - 11:20 a.m. Adeyinka (Room 25)
12:05 - 12:55 p.m. Apodaca (Room (27)
1:05 - 1:55 p.m. Ricketts (Room 26)
2:05 - 2:55 p.m. Alvarenga (Room 24)

Minimum Day Schedule 10/13/17 and 12/15/17:
8:15am - 8:45am - Prep Period
8:45am - 9:15am -- Ekweonu SpEd SDC Class (Room 10)
9:20am - 9:50am -- Adeyinka (Room 25)
10:10am - 10:40am -- Apodaca (Room 27)
10:50am - 11:20am -- Ricketts (Room 26)
12:10pm - 12:40pm -- Alvarenga (Room 24)

Instruction & Learning will take place in the Teacher's Relative Classroom
The P.S. Arts Teacher/Instructor will have a cart and storage space provided.

Gaby Hernandez will be the primary contact for LUSD this year; you are also always welcome to reach out to me as well. I look forward to hearing from you and to working with you again this year!
