Subject: BRIDGE Student Roster & Confirmation Letter - Please distribute!

Hello Wilson Elementary School,

Below is the list of the students from Wilson Elementary who were selected to participate in B.R.I.D.G.E Theatre Project starting Monday, April 9.

Could you please give a copy of the attached letter to each of the students on the roster below? I’ve included their teachers’ names to make it easier to distribute. The letter outlines all the dates and times the BRIDGE program will be meeting. This is also the students’ confirmation that they are accepted into the program. Please inform me if any names are misspelled.

Let me know if you have any questions and thank you again for all your help!
