good evening parents and welcome to back to school night my name is Miss Lenore and I have the pleasure of working with your students for the 2020 2001 school year who will be working with us this year I have my Miss Lenore and we have two wonderful call teachers Miss Pena and Miss Ashley this is our daily schedule which I have also included on our Google classroom for you to check at any time there's Ela research EOD lunch science social studies in at the end of the day we have enrichment for La math and ELD that is secret it's time that means that is live instruction that your student I'm with me after teacher in co teachers what does the schedule mean for our class we will start school everyday at 8:45 we will starting subject on time that's on the schedule lets me flexible sometimes we may need to change the schedule we might not finish an assignment from 1:30 to 3 that is time used to work for me but also for your student this is for the student to work by themselves set up a meeting with them to learn extra things they may also set up a meeting with me if any extra help or any questions if your student go to speech o t a p e r I work with someone else this is the time that they will meet all students have to be available during this time in case you have to meet with someone what is expected from all of us as the teacher I will teach students new things helping with any problems that they may have and help them to do their best as classroom helpers they will also teach your student new things help with any problems they may have helped them to do their best and be in charge of any breakout rooms that are going on during class what is expected from students to try their best do their own work in always be respectful as parents make sure that you were helping your students do their best encourage help your students at work and with other technical support that they may have you may come and stay positive attendance attendance will be taken every morning and is expected that every student attend school even if it doesn't feel like school how to reach Miss Lenore I have provided my email address essay Lenore at my Lau lusd.org my telephone number I respond to text do with email or Class Dojo messages if you call please leave a message I have also provided the ClassDojo link for those who have not yet accepted the invitation Evernote if I don't respond text messages or emails or phone calls after office hours of 3 p.m. Please be aware that I am at home and attending to my family but I will respond as promptly as possible this is a rough time for all of us you are not alone and it's okay if you are having trouble I am here for you if you need help with anything we can zoom Google me to email whatever you need I'm are to help you if you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to myself or Mico teachers if that is if that is something that you need I have also posted my contact information on Google classroom thank you and I look forward to working with you and your your student for the 2021 school year have a blessed night and see you guys soon
